In partnership with Enterprise Singapore, ELT is a one-year programme administered by a network of partners including public and private education institutes, financial institutions and industry experts to support business leaders of promising small and medium enterprises to develop business growth capabilities.

A holistic experience comprising a series of workshops, coaching sessions and market immersion programme, participants will gain exposure to a series of case studies and industry best practices from a network of partners - all of them with extensive experience in running/having worked directly with SMEs.

Who Should Attend

• The ELT is suitable for business owners or leaders with the commitment to bring their enterprises to the next stage.
• Each company may nominate up to 2 leaders to jointly participate in the programme. At least one participant has to be a Founder/Owner or Successor (FOS) of the business. The second participant may be of the same FOS profile; or be a nominated member of the company’s core management team. In all instances, both participants should demonstrate ownership of the company’s growth plans.
• Local business entity and shareholding of at least 30%
• Latest fiscal year revenue >S$5 Million

*Those with an annual turnover under $5 million may also be considered.
