Singapore Institute of Management Group Limited held its 2nd Annual General Meeting

The Singapore Institute of Management Group Limited held its 2nd Annual General Meeting on Thursday, 2 June, which was attended by its Board of Directors as well as four Founder Members:

  • Mr Richard Eu,
  • Mr Hsieh Fu Hua,
  • Ms Euleen Goh, and
  • Dr Aline Wong.


One Director stepped down while two new Directors were elected with effect from 2 June 2022. Three Directors, Ms Susan Chong – CEO Greenpac (Singapore) Pte Ltd, Professor Hsieh Tsun-yan – Chairman LinHart Group Pte Ltd and Ms Madeleine Lee – Managing Director Anthenaeum Pte Ltd, were re-elected for a two-year term.

The new Directors are:

  • Mr Abel Ang – Group CEO Advanced MedTech Holdings Pte. Ltd. , and
  • Ms Vivian Chua – Managing Director HP PPS Sales (Singapore) Pte. Ltd.

The Director who stepped down is:

  • Mr Tan Choon Seng – Chairman Truscott Group.


The Board of Directors would like to express their sincere gratitude and appreciation to Mr Tan Choon Seng for his time and contribution to the Board.

As part of a corporate restructure, the Singapore Institute of Management Group Limited was incorporated to undertake business operations from SIM Society with effect from 1 March 2020. The annual report of Singapore Institute of Management Group Limited can be downloaded here.
